Smart Gift Shopping On A Budget

Times are getting tough globally as we hear about every day in the news. But will these tough economic times affect our holiday season and gift giving ? Let us know your thoughts on the subject. I thought about this myself and my spin on it is that people have to have some fun in life or what's the point of working hard all year. That said, many of us will tighten our belts a bit on the budget.

I then looked at our own product line as a customer and as an experiment used the Gift Finder on our home page to check out how many products we have under $20.00, and was surprised to find the answer was 85. This is a good sign as I know that we have gifts that are within everyone's budget. Another way to save is to combine your order with that of a friend or a group of friends and take advantage of our free shipping on orders over $100.00.
With the fall in the Canadian Dollar against the Greenback, our customers south of the border are getting an even better deal.

Now that is what I call smart shopping on a budget.

West Coast Womens Show

We had a great show last weekend, and spoke to over 1000 people. It was great to meet you all and although it was very tiring being on your feet up to eleven hours a day, it was fun.

We met many of our existing customers and also lots of people who had never heard of Boys To Men Gifts, but liked the concept, and hopefully will check out our new website in the run up to Christmas.

Our best sellers at the show were the Camo Marshmallow Shooter, The Ravi Wine Cooler, Smoking Mittens and the Solio Solar Charger.

West Coast Women's Show

Just a note to let you all know we will be at the West Coast Women's Show at the Tradex Centre in Abbotsford B.C. on October 24-26th. It is a really fun event which we attended for the first time last year. We have a booth to showcase some of our products and spread the word about Boys To Men Gifts.

Products I Use Myself

I often get asked as one of the founders of Boys To Men Gifts, if I actually use any of the products myself. The simple answer is yes. We choose all the products on our site for originality and good design, and because we sell gifts for men, a lot of these cool things find their way into my home before long, in the name of product testing of course.

Luxury Shaving Kit. I was always a Gillette spray can shaving foam kind of guy, until I decided to try this product. It really did change my habits, as once I had a shave using this quality shaving cream and a badger hair brush, I knew I would never go back.

The kit comes with almond shaving oil which helps the razor glide over your skin and stop those shaving bumps. The cream itself does not leave your skin feeling dry, but hydrated, and smooth, and the cucumber after shave cream is soothing and fresh.
